This is an opportunity for us to talk a littler further on your project. It's a chance for you to go into more detail about your needs and wants. We can also give you a ballpark price for what you have in mind. From here, we will schedule an on-site consultation.

At our the scheduled on-site consultation we ask that all decision-makers be present. We’ll collect your consultation fee (which will be credited towards your construction project) as well as any design fees. This is a time where we will take measurements and discuss layout options with you so you have a sense of what is possible for your space. This is also a great time for you to ask any questions and view some of our products that we offer.  

After your on-site consultation, we will draw up your designs and send them with a project agreement. This is also a time for feedback if you are wanting to adjust anything with the design or materials, as we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. Once you sign off on your agreement and pay your construction deposit, we’ll secure your spot on our calendar.

Once construction begins our main focus is provide quality work while also striving to meet our agreed upon schedule and budget. Please keep in mind that any requests for changes, weather conditions, or circumstances out of our control can alter timeline and budget. However, we will be in contact throughout your entire project and provide timely communications whenever something needs your attention.

We consider this the best part! It's time for us to take you on a final walkthrough of your project that's been brought to life. We will also take the time to show you how to properly care for and maintain your new pond or water feature.  Lastly, we will collect your final payment and let you get to enjoying your new build!
